Choose the monthly plan and send your requests in our private Slack conversation. We agree on priorities and work on one request at a time, moving to the next when it is approved. You can add more requests whenever you need.

You can request website and landing-page design, ecommerce storefront design, product UI, AI-product interfaces, app design, branding, pitch decks, static presentations, social graphics, email design and campaign assets.

Video presentations, video editing and production, custom software development, backend systems, ecommerce setup, and technical integrations between apps or AI services are not included. Designing an ecommerce storefront or an AI product is included; building its underlying functionality is not. Third-party tools, hosting and paid assets are also separate costs.

Most small requests receive a first delivery in 2–3 business days after we have your brief and materials. This is an estimate for an initial design, not a promise to finish every project in that time. Larger or more complex work takes longer, and we agree on the timeline in Slack.

Larger websites, product interfaces and brand projects take longer than 2–3 business days. We break them into milestones and agree on the scope, priorities and estimated timeline with you in Slack before starting. Timing depends on complexity, the materials provided and feedback.

We work together in a private one-to-one Slack conversation. Send requests, files and feedback there, and we will keep priorities and progress organised together. We can also use Figma comments for design feedback and arrange a short call when needed.

Revisions within the agreed brief are included during your active paid subscription. Send consolidated feedback through Slack or leave comments in Figma and share the link in our conversation. We refine the design together; a new direction or expanded scope may become a separate request.

Send your request in our private Slack conversation with the goal, text, dimensions, references, files and any deadline you have in mind. Tell us what matters most. We will confirm the scope, priority and timing in Slack, and keep you updated there as the work progresses.

Yes. If you do not need design support next month, cancel your next renewal in the billing portal. You can keep using the service until your paid period ends. When you need us again, start a new paid month, subject to availability. Unused days do not roll over.

Yes. Cancel renewal before your next billing date through the billing portal, or contact hello@designcheer.com for help. Your service continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically request or issue a refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Email hello@designcheer.com or message us in your private Slack conversation. We review each request personally under our terms and applicable law, and confirm the outcome in writing. We do not offer an automatic percentage-back guarantee. Any refund you are legally entitled to is unaffected by this review process. See our Terms & conditions for details.

The monthly subscription covers design. For selected simple websites and landing pages, we can discuss a separate build using AI-assisted tools. We confirm what is feasible, the scope, timeline and personalised quote before starting. Custom applications, backend systems, ecommerce functionality and technical app integrations are not part of this service.

Once the related invoices are paid, the final approved original designs and editable files are yours under the agreed ownership terms. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. With your permission, DesignCheer may showcase the finished work on our website or in our portfolio. Confidential or unreleased work will not be shared without your approval.
