Cookie policy
Essential storage keeps checkout and client access secure. The optional Cal.com booking calendar stays off unless you allow it. You can use the website and checkout with either choice.

2. Essential first-party storage
- designcheer_cookie_preferences — local storage on this website, not a tracking cookie. It remembers whether you allow the optional booking calendar for 180 days. Both acceptance and rejection have the same duration. An expired, missing, unreadable or outdated choice does not permit the calendar; we ask again when needed.
- __Host-dc_checkout_* — a temporary HTTP-only checkout security cookie, set when checkout starts in production. It binds the checkout return to the browser that started it, lasts at most 24 hours and is cleared after a successful return. The development-only name omits the __Host- prefix.
- designcheer_client — a signed HTTP-only cookie set after a verified subscription checkout. It supports subscription-access checks and the client and billing pages on that device. It expires after one year; the server also checks its expiry and the current subscription status. It does not grant access merely because it exists.
3. Optional booking calendar
Cal.com provides the embedded booking calendar. Before you choose Allow, we do not load its embed code, connect the calendar to Cal.com or allow it to set cookies through this page. No keeps it off. We have not added advertising pixels or optional analytics tools.
If you allow the calendar, Cal.com may receive your IP address and browser details before you book, and process the booking details you submit. Its booking app may use provider-controlled cookies or local storage for security, sessions and preferences. The names and expiry of that provider storage can vary with the app, your existing Cal.com session and browser settings; Cal.com controls that provider storage, while Designcheer controls whether the calendar loads on this website. Its privacy notice is linked below.
In an anonymous browser check on 19 October 2026, allowing the calendar set __cf_bm on .cal.com. Cloudflare uses this cookie for bot protection and describes it as expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. It loads here only with the optional calendar. Other provider storage may vary by session and browser; this observation is not a complete inventory for every Cal.com feature.
The same browser check observed the calendar contacting a Sentry ingestion endpoint for provider diagnostics after acceptance. Sentry provides error and performance monitoring. These provider connections remain off here when the optional calendar is not allowed; they are separate from any advertising tools Designcheer might add in future.
You can book on Cal.com directly through an ordinary link instead, or email hello@designcheer.com. Opening that link is your choice to visit the provider; its own privacy and cookie settings then apply. Stripe checkout, the billing portal, Slack and social profiles are also opened through links or actions you choose, not embedded automatically by this cookie setting.
4. Change or withdraw your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Allow permits only the optional booking calendar; it is not consent to marketing or every use of your personal data. No keeps the website, email contact and secure checkout available.
If the calendar has already loaded, withdrawing permission removes its frames and reloads this page to stop its running scripts. Withdrawing does not undo a booking or remove cookies already stored on the separate Cal.com domain: use your browser's site-data controls to remove those. Designcheer cannot delete another domain's cookies.
If your browser prevents us from saving a preference, the optional calendar stays off. Clearing site data or using another browser may cause us to ask again. Closing the choice window without selecting an option does not give new consent.
