2. Services and contract information
Personally quoted design, build and automation projects are described in the Terms. Each project's scope, price and timing are set in a written quote that you accept before work starts.
3. Support, complaints and consumer disputes
Service questions can be sent to hello@designcheer.com. Contacting support does not prevent use of statutory complaint procedures or other remedies.
The Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico is Portugal's official electronic complaints platform. Its general access link is provided below; it is not a DesignCheer registration certificate or a provider-specific registered profile.
We respond to electronic complaints within 15 working days of the complaint, or within any shorter period required by applicable law, using the email address supplied in the complaint and explaining any measures taken where applicable.
DesignCheer's operator registration and the exact activity entry remain incomplete. Online-only service delivery does not remove the electronic registration requirement.
4. Consumer alternative dispute resolution
If you purchase our services as a consumer, you may refer an eligible dispute to a competent consumer alternative dispute resolution entity (RAL). The general consumer entities and their official websites are listed below. These consumer procedures do not generally cover business or professional purchases.
The appropriate entity depends on its current territorial, subject-matter and value rules and the facts of the case. CACCL covers eligible cases within the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, including Amadora, but an online consumer's location can affect which centre is competent. CNIACC provides supplementary territorial coverage, not an unrestricted national alternative. CAUAL has its own consumer arbitration and admissibility rules. Listing a centre does not mean every dispute can be brought there or that DesignCheer has voluntarily joined it.
DesignCheer participates where required by applicable law. Eligible consumer disputes up to EUR 5,000 may be submitted to legally necessary arbitration or mediation when the consumer expressly chooses the authorised process. This does not make every dispute subject to mandatory arbitration or commit DesignCheer to voluntary arbitration in every other case.
Customers outside Portugal should check the relevant entity's cross-border competence. This information does not promise worldwide jurisdiction, restrict mandatory consumer rights or prevent access to competent courts. The current rules of each centre apply.

Asking to pause or end a project and exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are different requests. Privacy and cookie choices are explained separately.
